This initiative accelerated the submission and expedited the publication of relevant articles, embodying the journal’s commitment to talent cultivation.

2. Customized Covers

Starting in 2024, the cover design of JBR combines science and art, visually presenting the themes of the papers to enhance the journal's appeal and reputation.

3. Special Issues

In 2024, JBR published two special issues, focusing on hot topics such as cancer research and immunology and endocrinology. These issues provided important platforms for researchers to communicate in related fields.

Part 2: Academic Promotion

The JBR editorial team actively participated in academic conferences and seminars to stay updated on the latest research trends. Additionally, the team promoted outstanding papers published in the journal through social media to expand its influence and readership. In 2024, the journal's WeChat public account published over 100 JBR papers, with the highest single-article view reaching 1,623.

Part 3: Achievements

1. JBR was recognized as an outstanding scientific journal in the 2024 Annual Demonstration Case Library of Chinese University Science and Technology Journals.

2. JBR was awarded as an outstanding academic journal with international influence in China in 2024.

3. Two papers were selected as "Outstanding Papers of the Fourth Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Journals".

4. The journal’s 2023 CiteScore increased to 4.6, ranking it in the top 20% of the medical field.
